Gender Code-Kickboxing

After I updated my status I receive immediate responses; however, they were only "Likes." Most were girls and only one guy liked the status. I think that those "Like" only meant that they liked the idea of me taking kickboxing. They didn't write anything so I really don't know the reasons, if they might have thought it was good to do it as a "woman," for protection/sport or some other reason. I think that the fact that most "likes" were from women says that females might feel more related to respond to that statement because I am a woman. They might also feel that females don't tend to do those types of activities so they might have liked the idea. Still, they didn't write anything so most are assumptions and suppositions of possible reasons for their "likes."
