You know it's gotten bad when the view from the Y is hi-def and you can't see when you're driving because your screen is dirty...
I have to admit, this facebook fast would have been difficult 2 months ago... and it would be difficult today... but it wasn't that hard last week. Why, do you ask? My iPhone has been broken for the past 2 months and I just got a new one yesterday. Facebook to me is only tempting when it is literally in my face, in my pocket, on my lap. I always am checking when I have an app for that or I will pull it up when I'm already on my lap top.. but will very rarely go out of my way to login when it is inconvenient.
This media fast challenge caught me at the perfect time for me to pass as a non-habitual user, but I must admit, now that my iphone buzzes again every time I get a notification... it is back to constant usage. So I must say, I probably am addicted to facebook, but only as much as it is mobile.

But on the bright side, I will be surrounded in hell-for-the-facebook-addicted by those I know love. My friends are just as, many more, addicted to the social network as I am; and they know it too. So at least we will all be there together!

Amen to your post. Life was simpler without it but now it is impossible to live without it!
