Giving up Facebook! Almost an unheard of task these days. I gave up the use of Facebook for a day and saw a difference in my daily activities. Even though I was taking a break from Facebook it was still on my mind throughout the day. I thought about getting on more than once. I think that it was a hard task to accomplish. It made me think about how we are now so connected through Facebook and the way it has made our lives different. Even though I wasn't getting on Facebook and wasting my time through chats and looking at other peoples pages, ect. I found myself finding other ways to waste my time. I immediately started reading sports pages and started poking around on webpages. I did see myself being a little more productive the day that I didn't use my Facebook. I wasn't so worried about the different events that i usually find out about on Facebook so I could focus more on the things that I needed to get done. This experience showed me that I get on my Facebook more often then any other webpage and it takes a lot more of my time then I had thought of. It has made me wonder, if I was to get rid of my Facebook could I get more things accomplished throughout the day. What would life be with out Facebook?

I had the same experience of thinking about facebook all day. It´s interesting that I don´t think I´m addicted, but when I get off my brain keeps wanting to go back.
I agree!! What was life even like before Facebook?! I can't remember. Simpler though probably.
